Oh I know my company were looking to buy them but there has been a delay, cheers for that.

A rep who calls on me told me yesterday they had u see. he says they have had to borrow money and cannot get any new stock in til they clear what they have, alledgedly

If the company had gone into receivership the information would be very easy to find on the web, especially the financial sites.

As there is not any such information it is safe to say it hasn't.
