My partner and I are looking to buy a property. We have decent combined salaries and a 25 per cent deposit or thereabouts. Problems: 1. I am an ex bankrupt (have been discharged for 6 months, no CCJs). 2. While my partner (an EU citizen) is permanently employed in the UK and has an unblemished credit record, she's found it hard to obtain credit in the UK in the past. Quite simply, which are the best lenders to approach?
