Yes, more than one person can own a share of the title to a piece of land. Deeds are an old term these days and much land in the UK is registered with the Land Registry, doing away with the need for deeds. The LR land title is the equivalent.
I think you can have up to 4 owners
I thought it was up to three owners.......
