does any one know how long it takes to get the B-2 Tourist Visa for usa (the extention of the visa waiver program) to allow me to stay longer than 90 days for traveling? i am living in the uk and from the uk

IF (and that's IF, not if) yours is a simple case with no problems or doubts it takes a few days from the date of your interview.
There can be quite a long wait for the interview - weeks if not months. The web site has I think the current waiting time buried away somewhere.
