What Can In Bring In For Someone's Leaving Do At Work

The person leaving has only been here 6 months (contract has come to an end) and they want us all to bring in a few snacks as a last get-together. I don't know what to bring in. My heart's not in it, nor do I particularly like the person. Any suggestions, please? Another colleague is bringing in Rose's chocolates.
