I am unable to use my credit card for making online purchases. I have checked all my info, contacted my Credit Card company and everything appears fine. Any clue as to what is preventing me from using it? When I try it comes back as 'declined'. Is it something in my internet settings?

Try and eliminate the possible causes until, in true Sherlockian fashion, you're left with only one possible explanation -- access the site from a different computer, in case that's the problem, or try to buy something from another site, in case the problem is actually at their end.
also check that you are not inserting spaces between digits when entering the card number, that your billing address on the site matches the card billing address, that your name on the card matches the name on the order, that you enter expiry dates in the right format - apologies if you have already done all of that! If its a new card it may be that the company or the bank doesn't have the card in its number range database yet - each time a new card company pops up with a new credit card they have to have a unique four digit prefix - like 4929 for barclaycard. Sometimes merchant services do not update their databases fast enough so you end up being declined
