Does anyone know if there is a direct contact number for fraud team at Amazon?

Im having a real nightmare with a fraudulent seller, but now there are also suspicions my account has been hacked as msgs are being deleted and claims cancelled etc - so either they are being hacked by the seller, or the seller has someone working in amazon customer service who is doing it!

this means its pointless speaking to yet another customer service rep - as they have very little power, dont seem to be able to help me, and i dont know if any of them are also part of it.

i am aware it may not be that, may just be computer errors, but even the reps are baffled and say it cant be done, they cant see msgs either and they agree the seller is behaving in a very underhand way.

So i want to bypass cust serv, and go direct to fraud dept. to someone who will take responsibility for this 'case'.
i have been told a few times that they cant give me the number, they will just put details through the system to them and they will call me - but of course it never happens, and i have no way to chase it as its a different person every time.
i dont believe an entire dept doesnt have a number!

if no fraud number i want to speak to someone higher up, someone with some actual power to deal with this.

im being fobbed off and passed around and its driving me mad

How can i do it?

thanks

(not sure if there is a better place to put this question?)

Hi, I reported someone once, when I paid for a broken mobile phone. As far as I an remember, there were options on the site. I had had no luck with the actual seller, but was refunded by him within 24 hours (which I think is standard by this route). And then got a few begging emails from him asking me to remove my review... although I couldn't actually work out how to anyway.
I will have a further look and see if i can get a better description of what you need xx
Ok, this does work...
//File a complaint with Amazon if the seller does not respond, refund the money or exchange the product. From your account, again find the order, then click "File a claim." Provide a reason for the claim from the drop-down menu. Use the comments section to provide more detailed information about the complaint.//

thanks pixie
but its wayyy past that now, its been months, and ive done all that, had all kinds of hassle with the seller and with amazon, a claim was filed and mysteriously cancelled, no-one seems to be able to help it.
its complicated and confusing and ive had enough of explaining it over and over again to different people only for the same thing to happen., they pass me to somene else who is supposed to contact me, then they dont so i ring or go webchat again and its back to square one.
i have now spoken to about 5 people on the phone, and around 15 different agents in the live web chat.

now all my messages are gone, and ive asked about 4 agents where they are and that i need them and want to see them - none of them will help me, they all say they cant ... they cant even just copy and paste them, for data protection - even though tjhe msgs have up until today been visible to me in the chat window ... its utterly ridiculous and pointless speaking to them,, they cant help and dont have any authority
I have a feeling the name was something like "Amazon A-Z" and they sorted it within hours. Otherwise, I'm sorry, I don't know who to contact x
This is from an article from last year and you may well have tried this too.

What to do if your Amazon account is hacked
Call Amazon on 0800 279 7234 to report the fraud on your account.

You might consider contacted a paper re some publicity as a last resort.

If you Google "CEO E mail", you will find a list of E mail addresses and contact details for the CEOs of major companies and corporations etc around the globe. I used it recently for a hospital - I got a reply within the hour. Hope this helps

Check your emails - you may have a transcript of your webchats.

Also, fo a screenshot of any chats - incase you don't get a transcrip - at least that way you will have a record.
