International Bank Transfer From Thailand To Uk.....help Much Needed !! Please

i have just returned from thailand 2 day ago. i have funds in my thai bank account and i recently registered for online banking with my thai bank. i need make a TT but online will not allow me to do this since they need send me a security password via sms to my phone ( thai number ) so i only have my UK mobile number now and my thai sim cannot be in use.
i requested via email that my thai bank send me these funds to my uk bank but thai bank tell me i must be there in thailand in my home branch in person to make the TT.
i cannot be there, impossible for me to fly back to thailand to do this personally now.
i need these funds to buy home here in uk
is there anything else i can do ? any companies which deal in international transfers ?
