E-commerce and worldwide postage rates

Hi - I'm using PayPal to take payments for a CD I'm selling. There's only one product for sale on the website and I've got the link to PayPal so people can pay. Thing is, I want to be able to give customers the option to pay different postage rates depending on where they live. I'm selling from the UK and postage rates range from 64p-7.28. Clearly I don't want a one-off price as some will pay too much and others not enough. I can't calculate where this CD will sell yet so I can't gamble on offers.

I'm thinking I have to get a third party e-commerce solution to do this calculation.

I've used Dreamweaver 4 for mac to make the site if that helps.
Any ideas much appreciated!!

Does your site have a button that links to paypal? Normally this button can include information such as the cost of posting (which you can vary).
You could have the user enter their location/address, (and class of postage), click submit and then the next page will have the paypal button.
This 2nd page can receive the address sent from the first, detect what country/postage type it is and display the correct paypal button. Sort of like this:

Hi Stevie

Thanks so much for that, that could work. I have a button, and I've tried varying the postage in the PayPal settings but it doesn't work with international postage.
Thing is, my technical ability is limited! Can you direct me to an idiot's guide?

Thanks!
I might be able to fix it for you if you show me the website address, or even send it to me. I've made a very small adjustment to the link (above) which you might want to look at.
