You quickly pull up the zip on your trousers...black....and can't straighten up.....you are bent double.....

Have you been taken ill.....having some sort of seizure?!

No....you have caught the fine, dangly chains on the brand new necklace in the teeth of the zip......Yes, I know there are worse things to catch in a zipper....and the zip now won't budge.....

So......do you break the necklace.....or return to your seat looking like The Hunchback of Notre Dame?

Can you not slip the necklace over your head and walk back with an apparent tail dangling from the zip ?

Dangle the necklace inside your pants, and make quite sure that it does'nt get caught anywhere else.

Couldn't get this necklace off.....it was around the neck then knotted and dangling down my middle....use your imagination....x

yep, I know that situation, or similar one. Get necklace, specs cord and dangly earrings and handbag strap caught up in snood :(

Oh it's hard work at times, Baths......if I had let things dangle all would have been fine......but no.....I had to knot the blasted thing.....☺

This is my only pair with a front zip, Stuey....side zips are much more flattering....and zips at the back only for the young and contortionists.....

That won't play for me, Chris.......but yes...I have caught my hair in a zipper......☻

I've had trousers with back zips in the past, what a pain - prefer a side zip really but front zips seem more the norm now.

Definitely the necklace would have perished.

I much prefer a side zip, Mamya....gives a much better line to an outfit...and yes, the necklace perished....or bits of it then had to work the leftovers out of the zip when I got home to get the trousers off.....good thing I don't have a weak bladder......☺
