Is there anywhere better that I can sell items instead of ebay and amazon. I buy items from my supplier who then posts them to my customers so I need customers to pay for the items before they receive them in the post.

I can only think of ebid and gumtree off hand.
I don't understand the business model here - why aren't your customers simply buying the goods from your supplier (surely that must be cheaper, or how are oyu making a profit)? What exactly is your role in the business if you never receive the goods, or even see them. it's confusing for a person of little brain
You won't find any site with more traffic than those two - a huge customer base.

If you sell items to lots of repeat customers you could set up your own website where your eBay and Amazon customers could subsequently buy from you direct.
black_cat, it's a very common business model called drop shipping.

I have my own website but it's hard driving traffic there and ebay and amazon are really expensive on the charges
Do you have an arranged drop shipping agreement with the supplier or do you just request they are sent without documents?
I think some companies would demand their stuff was taken down if they found it on an unofficial channel.

Yes I have a arranged drop shipping agreement
thanks for explaining it to me :)
how come the customers don't go straight to the supplier? Is it because they don't take one off orders or something?
You might want to think about an Ebay shop with your own domain hosted by them. I just bought a load of stuff for a bathroom refit from a website called www.ibathuk.com and some of the items I think were dropshipped. The shop entry level is £19.95 a month but the listings are much cheaper. Also, always show a phone number on the front page because it build trust. Good Luck.
