My friend runs programmes for mothers and babies and pre-schoolers. One morning, she was singing 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' whereupon one little boy keeled over against his mother, as though taken in a sudden coma. The mother said "Ah, that is the song I sing to him to get him to sleep. That's Pavlovian!"
