We are looking for Part-time or Full time
Experienced Hairdresser /Barber to add to our team
Must be reliable,passionate and creative.
Contact Peter on 0770*******.

Are they over-egging it a bit with 'passionate and creative'? When I had hair all I wanted when I sat in the barbers chair was a quick cut and, maybe, talk about the prospects for the favourites in the days racing.

I've never had a creative hairdo, let alone a passionate one, and am too old to start now. But I don't suppose they'll offer them on OAP discount days anyway.
Goodness, I've been hoping for a passionate hair dresser for ages. The young women in the village salon who do my hair have never shown any passion towards me.

And they are lousy talking about Chelsea's next home game as well.
I think passionate is a 'buzz' word. You are expected to be passionate about your job even if you are stacking shelves at the supermarket. Daft, HR nonsense.
it seems that at that end of the employment scale, as the hours offered and the hourly rates go down, the requirement for passion, commitment and creativity goes up
I might take this photo in and say "Give me one of these, with passion"

Don't, jno. You'll have a terrible headache if you do.
They must be looking for an architecte des cheveux rather than a barber Sandy :)
Advert in my mum & dad's local paper:
'For sale Box of dogs',........ The person had obviously placed it over the phone.
It could have been box of frogs, Zacs.
I've had a passionate hairdresser...............those were the days.
Lucky you, craft. No problem making an appointment then?
Just don't ask for a blow job!
lol Tilly, he'd always squeeze me in.........

Tilly, they obviously meant 'Boxer dogs' but with the West Yorkshire accent, was miss heard.
Miss Heard? Who's she?
related to Miss Givings apparently who is mentioned in Led Zep's Stairway to heaven.
.................I know it was Boxer dogs, Zacs, but you could also........oh, never mind!
