Anyone,a rough idea of hearing transcripts costs and can i get the audio recording too either on it's own or with the transcripts ? Could they be got under the freedom of information act rather than be robbed by the cartel I thought ?Any help please? Cheers.

No. The only way you can get a transcript is to order one from one of the legal transcribing agencies.
