I am aware that as an employee I am entitled to four weeks paid leave. But is this a 'working week', or a full week? ie am I entitled to 28 days leave, or 20?

Its usually a working week.  So for example, if you work 25 hours per week, you are entitles to 25 hours x 4 weeks = 100 hours holiday.
Just 20
