My pension is being paid into my account with the Ulster Bank. They're experiencing computer problems and when I access my account on-line there's no record of any lodgement after 19th June.
How would I go about changing the pension payment to an account I have with The Nationwide?
I don't want to close the Ulster Bank account.

OK. Thank you both.
You have my sympathy sandy, my daughter is having horrendous problems with the Ulster Bank
i did the very same earlier today, but not same bank as you, they asked security questions at my pension supplier by phone and set the new payement instruction up there and then.
The pension provider will just need name of account holder, sort code and account number.
Im in Ulster bank and my pay has not gone in. They say now that it might be another two weeks before the problem is sorted. Im seriously thinking of moving to another bank.
