My sister and her husband are in the throes of splitting up and separating, she has been advised by the CSA that he will have to pay 20% of his wage as money for the 2 children, aged 11 and 14 - will she also be entitled to money towards the mortgage or will that be all he has to pay.

They really need to consult solicitors about the financial side of things, IMO - I don't know whether the CSA money is just for food and clothing or whether it covers the mortgage as well. Some legal advice about maintenance of the children, and keeping a roof over their heads until they are 18, would be a good place to start.
you don't give enough info to ge a definitive answer. i.e. do they own their home (probably when you say mortgage), are they both working, lots of things - best thing to do is have free 1/2 hour at solicitor if their is one in her area that does this.
