Sorry c1.....I'm not much help but ..."CHEAP" "SOLICITOR" + "LONDON"...are very rarely found in the same sentence.

@ keithlbw - I know! I am particularly interested in anyone who can give me advice on franchise agreements, doesn't really matter whether they have legal experience or not, although preferable.

not really an answer to your question but i remember being told by an accountant to double the predicted costs & halve the profits , that usually gives a more accurate profit forecast.
