Who owns the mortgage side of Bradford & Bingley.I have a mortgage with them & have a form from the benefits agency which i need to hand in to them but my local santander branch which was BRADFORD & BINGLEY refused. to accept it.they sent me to the natwest and they also refused it.Please can someone help!

The mortgage arm is still owned by Bradford and Bingley, but they have no branches
