White ink?

Anyhow, the print-head nozzles could still be blocked.
If the cartridge is fairly new and it is only printing in red then, as Naz says, the cyan and yellow inks must have blocked jets or have been used up.
Try standing the cartridge in a saucer of hot water (not boiling!!!) until the water cools down and then gently wipe the jet face with a paper tissue or small artist's brush. Repeat if necessary.
Dabbing the jet face onto a damp tissue will tell you when all three colours are flowing OK.
If only one colour is missing then print half a page of coloured capital letters to try and clear it as this uses less ink than the machines auto cleaner. Repeat this as necessary.
Incidentally, printing a small coloured picture or a few lines of coloured text once a fortnight will invariably stop the cartridge drying out in the first place.
Hope this helps.

To all that helped me, "sorted" I removed my All In One completely & re-installed the program for some unknown reason, the problem rectified itself.

Again, Thank you.
