mini stocks and shares ISA-3.25% commision

Since 2002 i have had a Fidelty Wealthbuilder mini stocks and shares ISA-it was arranged thru Chase De Vere - and they take 3.25%
Is this a bad deal? should i transfer elsewhere?

If you went direct to Fidelity to arrange this they would charge you 3.50% commision,so Chase De Vere offer a small saving. But if you went through Hargreaves Lansdown you would achieve a 3.00% saving.

I have my ISA through H&L and only pay a maximum of 0.5% intitial charge on all my funds.
