IVA conditions

For over five years I have been paying �80.00 per month to a debt management company under a debt management plan. The company tells me that I cannot enter into an IVA as this requires minimum payments of �200.00 per month approximately. Is this true? Had I been in an IVA I would be clear by now.

You need to change company NOW!! Please call Christians Against Poverty on 0800 328 0006, they are an award winning national debt counselling charity who help anyone regardless of belief or other circumstances, and most of all they are FREE OF CHARGE. They also aim to get you out of debt within 5 years or less. They will be able to do everything that this current company does, and also offer personal support to you. Give them a call and they will definitely be able to help you!
