I want to raise money to take a field and tuen it into a dog park with fenced off secctions for different acctivities such as fly ball, recall practise etc. How can I do this and eventually make it into my place of work and gain an income from it. I have many ideas but I need to raise the cash from donations. How do I do this in legal way?

Please give me tips and tell me what you think.

i dont really understand why people would want to give you donations so that you can set up a business. Tbh, as a dog owner and a flyball team captain, i wouldn't pay to use a place to do flyball - we use our village field, or a local farmers field for free. If i wanted to do recall practice i would take them to the common or park or downs or the field!
I'm sorry, but I think this is a non-starter on several grounds.
1) Planning Permission. Are you buying a field or renting it? Having found your field, then approach the planning authority to enquire about change of use. It will cost a 300 application fee, even assuming it may be possible.
2) Requiring donations to set up a business venture for your benefit. One either gets a lender to loan you money which you pay back with interest (difficult in the current economic climate), or one sets up a company with shares so the financial backers share in the risk / reward.
