Now lets get first things first i am not wealthy I invested 3000 in icesave as a monthly income it paid �15.00 a month which helped me out ,now they have gone into default (bust) does anyone no whether we have to apply for the comp claims form or do they send them out from the fsca

It's still a case of 'wait and see' at the moment.

The FSCS issued a statement yesterday, which included this:
"The Authorities hope to settle the process over the coming days, and expect to issue guidance next week about how savers will be able to claim their money . . . . For more information, please watch our website or call our helpline on 020 7892 7300
