My wife is approaching sixty seven years of age. She's finding it extremely difficult and painful to get out and about. She is claiming Pension Credit. Would she be entitled to 'Mobility Allowance'?

There is no 'mobility allowance, but perhaps you mean Disability Living Allowance.
