I would like to emigrate to the country that my family comes from. I already have nationality there, and finding a job is OK, but need to buy a property, initially to put up for rent. I plan to move to the same property within the next couple of years. Can anyone advise as to what steps I'd need to take? Thanks!

In which country are you looking to purchase property? Somebody may then be able to help you who has experience of buying or selling in that country, as laws and customs are invariably different from country to country. You also need to consider, of course, your tax position if you have rental income from a property abroad.

I live in the UK and have thought about moving to New Zealand does anybody have any ideas or suggestions here.  I work in Secretarial/admin would i qualify for a visa?

thanks
