Hi my son has struggled for years and has now been evicted from his small shop . We have not got the fee for bankruptcy as advised by his accountant . Any ideas how he can proceed please ?

From the Government's website:
"The court won’t accept your petition unless the fees are paid. Citizens Advice can tell you about any charities in your area that can help pay the fees".

Thanks for that Chris . I have looked at some of these sites but not come across the one on charities .
