Prefer Penn West without the hyphen. People will leave it out anyway, and explaining to everyone that "it's Penn hyphen West" at every phone call will drive your staff nuts.
Pitt-Conn? Are you the pits and who exactly will you con? The name has unfortunate overtones and lends itself to cruel puns.
