From the years of 1996-2001 I was Honarary Secretary of a Bowls Club. During this period I incurred certain expenses which I claimed on expense forms these were approved and counter signed by the then treasurer and often the Chairman as well. The accounts were audited by an independent person, presented to the membership at the AGM`s never any questions and passed by the members. What is the Statute of Limitations in this situation?

Do you mean limitations as to the Club claiming back the expenses they now think should not have been paid to you?

Yes, they are claiming certain items I was not entitled to even though my claims were approved by the treasurer passed though the normal audit and AGM`s and acceptedby the membership.
