Hello there, I have recently had an idea for an invention and I sent it to the above company who got back to me and also carried out a preliminary assessment evaluation on the idea and the reports were good. Now they are asking for about �500 per month to put the idea forward to other bodies and hopefully some future will come of it. My question still stands as has anybody dealt with this Delaware based firm or know how I can check the legitamacy of the firm.

So they act as a middle-man and put you in contact with investors? Come off it - you can surely see what is going to happen here - the inevitable letter later saying - 'sorry we couldn't find you any investors - oh, and thanks for the �2000 you given us over the last 4 months'. If you must do this it should only be done on a contingent/success fee basis.
