i am going to create a commercial website(like B2B), do i have to regesit my website in any Government departments,or do i have to regesit a company(LTD) first.
prev Compensation ...Americanisation.
  
next what are the basic percentages... (regarding "what court...")

Nope. This was covered by Watchdog about two weeks back, and despite murmurings of change from the govt it seems nothing's there yet
