Rowan, we're all so glad to hear that you're back on track.....good feeling eh? I can almost see the glow from your halo here in Denmark....or is it the Northern Lights???? You need to get some non slip shoes OG and Wendilla, so glad that your slow cooker is helping you out.
Cheers, but as effectively a guest most of the week it'll be back to a breakfast so late I'll be nibbling things beforehand, and too much high calorie foodstuff when we do get a meal. Wondered on a few occasions whether to bow out of the thread until things are back to normal. Still, that's life.
O G the minute you bow out from this thread you will lose control .AS long as you stay you will still be in control of what you do .
Don’t bow out OG....you’re part and parcel of this thread.
It's a little like an alcoholic stopping meetings, if you can be open in a safe space, you are less likely to slide.
Anyway body analyser today... BMI down another 1.0, body fat has moved from red into the Orange zone. Muscle mass up two kilos so weight has stayed the same. Biggest difference is the amount I am having to take my trousers in. Had to buy smaller leggings too
If you stick to leggings for the time being Rowan they’re cheaper to replace.....also easier to shrink I found out.
Most of my stuff is elasticated just need a few tweaks for now

I’m getting sea sick with all the yo yoing this week. It's all about one pound. Today it’s down and chances are tomorrow it will be up....no change in anything that goes into my mouth. It must be water. Will get that sorted.
Scales claim down 2.2 this Wednesday. Even after a pub lunch yesterday. (Didn't feel like an evening meal though.)
After a few bad weeks down 4 lb. Back on track for a while. Ordering some sport bras today as getting faster on the treadmill is dangerously bouncy. Added two more bits of kit to my circuit aimed at saddlebags and inner thighs. Walk today. Although cold its too bright to stay in. Shorter days time to restart vit D.

I forgot all about posting on wed but this morning I am still the same which is ok .

Well done both.
Apparently down 0.6 lbs from last Wednesday.
(And the doc claims I'm the same weight as last year !!!)
Hello all.....whoops....busy week so I don’t know if I’m coming or going. That’s ok then isn’t it OG, or not?
It's as good as I could have hoped for, but does indicate lack of progress. I've not returned to obesity but still near the top end of overweight. But thanks for enquiring. Trust you're doing ok.
Thanks OG, I’m ok but getting a ballon artery procedure on Tuesday so a bit up tight. I’ll be glad when it’s done and dusted.
