I eat LOADS but I just get slimmer. also I am anemic (don't have a lot of iron in my body). would that be a reason why I am sooo skinny? my ribs stick out of my chest.

You may have Gildert's Syndrome. My GF was diagnosed with this in the last two years, one of the side effects is you constantly feel warm as your metabolism is on constant burn. She can eat 5000 cals per day and not put any weight on, she's sick of being skinny 9.5 Stone and 5 foot 6 inches. She's even tried the hi calorie shakes from the GP ( given to people with cancer...

How tall are you, what do you weigh and how old are you?

not very tall I am 16 yrs old and about the hight of a 12 yr old. maybe smaller.
mostly eat veg and go to the shop and get sweets some days. I don't always feel very well. I am quite a sicky person. is it bad?

I also sometimes (especially when running) have breathing problems but I am not asmatic
YOu're probably not eating enough of the right things, if you are living on sweets and veg. Give us an idea of what you eat for each meal, in an average day. If you're not feeling well a lot of the time, there's something not quite right.
Perhaps a blood test would help, if there's something wrong it would most likely show up.

I put a different age on here so I could come one. I said I was 18 but I am really 16. breakfast is normaly cereal(about a big hand full) lunch is normally a sanwish with tuna mayo and dinner varies from a jacket potato or casserole but I only ever have 1 helping(small) I eat enough just I get to slim. sweets are normaly kinder eggs or lolly pops. come times cadburys chocolate. things like that. I am going on holiday tomoz and I normaly put on a tiny bit more weight on holiday but not enough coz I have always lost it and a bit more by the next holiay.
That's not nearly enough food for a teenager - you said you eat vegetables, I don't see them in that menu? You are kidding yourself if you think you eat enough - filling up with chocolate eggs and lollies will wreck your teeth, too. How much do you weigh?
You are not very consistent with your answers!

You've said so far that ....."you eat loads......you eat mostly veg and some sweets......breakfast is a handful of cereal, lunch a tuna sandwich and for dinner a baked potato or casserole".

That's not nearly enough food for a teenage girl. You need more meat and leafy green veg for the iron,more dairy for calcium. It looks like you are eating just enough to keep things ticking over-but not enough to stay healthy.

I myself am the opposite, I've just got to look at a chocolate bar and I put a stone on.

!'m sitting at 16s 7ilbs, I've lost 16 pounds in one month from terminating all bread,cakes and proceesed/rifined food.

I eat one baked potato per day with 3 tablespoons of beans and a few dollops of Mayo and I'm done for the rest of the day.

It's took me ten years to find something that works for me. But I was a former body builder. The weight is dropping off me now, I can only hope I reach my target weight for Yule.

My weight is bang on 7 (I think stone) and I am about 2 meters.

Your height is 2 meters? That is way over 6 feet; very tall for any age, yet you said earlier you're the height of a 12 year old.

Well I know quite a few 12 year olds who like me are taller than most teachers and adults in high school. I presumed coz there are loads of them that they are average hight. Most of my friends are taller than me
Has the doctor advised you to take iron tablets at all? Try to take a little more iron in your diet. Google foods rich in iron and see if you can incorporate some of them into your daily diet.
