Just thought I'd drop in to let you all know the op went well and I was very surprised when the hospital let me go home after two days so was home friday afternoon! Have suffered a bit since with the pain which got worse and by this morning was really struggling as the plaster had started to rub the back of my leg. Ended up in A&E this afternoon and had to have a large...

Well done everyone for your weight losses. I lost 1.5lbs this week, just 1lb short of my Christmas target of 1.5 stones. Not bad though, even if I say so myself.
Thank you to everyone for making this a great thread to be a part of.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Peaceful New Year. :)
Stayed the same again! My plan seems to be working so far, although I'm not optimistic about the next couple of weeks!
Well done Maidup .I think we have all been extra good this week and as I said things in moderation is the key. Boxtops staying the same is ok like me I stay the same a few weeks but I still hang in there.Well done Kacee. Just remember that we all know what to do with the gains after xmas and we will carry on Downwards. A merry Xmas and a happy new year to everyone.
Lynda like me you know what to do to rectify any gain after xmas. Have a nice xmas .
Well done Maidup :)
And well done Kacee for your 1.5lb loss :)

PASS
^^ LOL

I'm not weighing today - I don't want to spoil my mood! I'll take it as a holiday and see if I can't get back on an even keel by next Wednesday. Ever hopeful!

I hope you're all having a good Christmas.

Pass
Pass today also. Imagine I will have quite a few extra lbs to lose so will have to work hard in January! Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas.
I weighed myself with some trepidation this morning. Delighted to report just a slight increase of 1lb. Back on the straight and narrow next week
Brave Linda! Well done. I'm really struggling to resist the cakes and chocolates while they're still in the house. I gave away one box of chocolates and felt so good about it, but then OH received a big box of choccy bics which are driving me nuts! Trying not to go mad with them nor change my usual breakfast/lunch routine so lets hope I'm back on track next week too.

Happy New Year
I weighed myself this morning too Lynda and have put on 2 pounds but like you I think I deserved to put on more. Good for you Maidup with the strength to give away a box of chocs.......
Yesterday the phrase of "onwards and upwards" was used in a book I am reading. To me it sounded definitely wrong, being so used to onwards and downwards.....
HAPPY NEW YEAR and hopefully 2013 will see many more achieving their goal.
