property valuation - historical

Separated over 5 years ago without divorcing. Husband now wants divorce and half the house (which I owned 10 years prior to our marriage). He is apparently entitled to half the increase from the time he moved in to the time he left. Can anyone tell me how to calculate the value of the property when he moved in and when he moved out (1994 and 2003 respectively)?

Thanks

Try posting a question in the law section as they can probably give you better advice on what is or isnt legally owed.
