I know there's been heavy snow in some parts of the UK in the last few weeks and now it's finally in London. Maybe it'll stop people going out unnecessarily. Although it may be difficult for those going for their jabs.

its snowing quite heavily in the capital, no reason for me to go out thank goodness.
tigger when I lived in London snow rarely settled, to much going on underground generating heat.
Got it here in S. Wales* today for the first time this year.

It's snows every Wednesday here :0/ for the last three weeks anyway
then you weren't here tonyv when i was growing up, it regularly settled and used to make getting to school a problem.
I need milk and the paper. I'll have to wait for my 75yr old neighbour to get up.

difficult to get out for the shoppers, those off to waitrose when they open at 12. I think the snow will settle for a little while, its coming down in droves.
A few flakes falling here now, literally a few.
Wow, we have snow here in East London!!!! Just a light dusting & flakes falling.
We've no snow just yet, just north of E London. I know it's on the way though, but hope it doesn't arrive.

we have had snow here in Bristol overnight but the sum is shining brightly now so will soon start to melt, we had some snow on 2nd Jan as well
Tiny bit here in Bristol this morning and its raining now.
Its been snowing heavily in SW London for a while. Its already causing problems on the M3 and M25 apparently.
Some rain here earlier and very cold. Daughter just sent me photo of snow in London.
That's the headline on the national news tonight taken care of then.

Give over, you don't know what real snow is in the soft, cosseted South.
pasta, indeed, if i could post pictures i would - looks pretty but sure if i had to go out, would be slippy underfoot.
