Who need anger management classes? Do you think it is a valid "condition" or should they just learn to control their tempers like most people?

They make me so angry I could throw the 'phone down !!
its a valid condition, most people will find their anger stems from an underlying issue, maybe past family problems or a hate within themselves
They might need the anger management classes to help them learn to keep the anger in check.
I had to send one of my reportees on an anger management course. Didn't work though! :o(
WHYS IT ANY OF YOUR FLUFFING BUSINESS! WHY DON'T YOU JUST FLUFF OFF AND %^^$^%$%

I can control my temper fine, don't see why any one else shouldn't be able to :)

I find people with anger issues are masochistic and have a very high opinion of themselves. Most people try to learn to negotiate and appease to a certain degree but people with anger issues have to have everything their own way. Not to sound too (what's the word?), but I blame the parents of these people to a certain degree.
When I was younger I was completely incapable of controlling my temper and was violent and unpleasant. This did indeed stem from other things, which I would of course have happily denied at the time. After I met soemone wonderful who had the patience of a saint and wouldn't let me give up I finally unravelled myself and whilst my anger and addiction issues certainly didn't magically disapear, they did dissipate to the point where I can now keep my temper better than most,so sometimes it's valid and sometimes people are just taking the micky and seeing how far they can go.
my ex started to take something for his stress after he realised he kept getting angry at me. I dumped him a week after he started taking them
If they are acknowledging that they have anger issues, thats a step in the right direction, even better if they want help.

its not an easy thing to admit to I would imagine..
