Can you translate the following into laymans terms please?

"DVT right common femoral and iliac vein extending to IVC".

deep vein thrombosis (CLOT) in the big vein in your thigh and into your hip area extending to inferior vena cava (even bigger vein in the abdomen that goes up towards the heart) in case Sqad isn't up yet

That was hubbys diagnosis, so when they said it was massive they really did mean it!

Is there any explanation yet from the medical team as to why your husband developed such a large thrombus?
sqad am I right in assuming that due to the present financial restraints & in order to alleviate pressures on the N.H.S. you will in future be taking over all diagnoses for ABers & their friends & relatives thereby allowing our glorious leader & his halfwit mate to sleep better in their beds ?
