Does anyone know if it is safe to use an inversion table after having an ankle fusion operation about a year ago?

What type of fusion have you had and have you still got screws still present?

I've had a subtalor fusion, as far as I know the spike and screws are to remain in
Well, give it a go and see what transpires...........if it is painful afterwards, then you have your answer. The bones should be well fused by now and you will not cause any irreparable or permanent damage.

Many thanks, will give it a go, the worst that could happen is I could end up hanging by one leg if my foot comes off
LOL.
