does anyone know of any healthy snacks that are filling.?

rice cakes

watch out tho....some brands are quite high in salt.  It's worth checking a few out - some do low salt varieties.

Pretty much any fruit or veg would fit the bill.   Bananas especially can be quite filling.

normal popcorn (not microwave as that is usually oiled) made in the microwave is pretty filling.
Turkey rashers on wholemeal bread or toast. Good subsitute for bacon!

nuts and dried fruit are quite good for filling you up for a few hours

No fat yoghurt's a good one. The Greek 0% small-ish pots are under 100 cals I think and are really filling and especially nice with a teaspoon of honey (which will add about 20 cals)
booger that lot, I'll stick with my Marathon.
Fruit of any kind, raw veg eg carrots, celery
to add to what 5029 said, with low fat dip.
