Hi Pink. yes, I do 30 mins of CV and then 30 mins of weight lifting. Not lost much weight though, even though I am following a calorie control diet.

Any tips?

Thanks

Ok, thank you.

I resently joined my local gym and I told them I would like to loose weight and tone up, so they gave me a tailored excerise plan to which i am following and working very hard, sometimes doing extra. Today I feel very demotivated as I don't feel as though the weight is shifting.
I will do less weights and more CV, as you say. Thank you
If you are building muscles, you may not show a weight loss,as muscles weigh more than fat-they also burn more energy.
