vista/XP and Win 7 - differences...?

i used to have vista and XP and now have win7 and whilst i like it i cant really find any really great new things about it.

the ads mention a few things but what else is there that wasnt in vista/xp that i am missing out on?

Mostly, it's the other way around.
Vista had lots of bugs, glitches and nuisances that W7 doesn't have.
W7 has introduced "libraries" that XP/Vista did not have.

A "library" is a group of objects (music, photos etc) that may be scattered all over your PC (or network) but grouped together as one virtual location, a library.
