Bite the bullet and admit that you have lied. If it's about something important then ask to be forgiven but don't push it. Let them decide how they want to react and be prepared for them taking it badly. It might not seem as big a deal to them as it does to you.

I agree with Bibble, tell her you lied and why and then step back and let her deal with it. She might go mad at you or she might not want to speak to you, but you have to let her do what she has to. Apologise and tell her you understand why she feels the way she does and that you are there when and if she is ready to talk to you again.
