Simply be trustworthy honest and consistent...takes time no amount of promises and protestations will do it... real trust develops slowly and can't be forced...not the answer you were looking for I suspect....

Why wouldn't they trust you? Trust is either there or not and you shouldn't have to 'get' someone to trust you surely.
