If so what is your overall view of it and where do you buy yours from and how much? I understand there are many brands some superior to others so I'm trying to work out the best one.

Thanks redman I did just want to hear personal experiences of using coconut milk, but your link has a very useful set of instructions to make coconut milk from dessicated and normal coconuts so thanks for that.
