Ooops I had a colposuspension 10+ years ago now I am always having to go and in the night I wake every 2 hours ..anyone experienced this?

Not me...I am not a female, but it would appear that your colposuspension is not suspending you any more and you are developing urinary incontinence and urgency for which you had the operation in the first place.
You need to see your Gynaecologist again or otherwise you will develop urinary infections and or backflow of urine causing kidney problems.
