I was just wondering the same thing. I believe there's a travel company that specialises in Cosmetic Treatment holidays. You go away for a couple of weeks to somewhere like South Africa or Thailand and have the treatments done there. The prices are much cheaper, the facilities are superb in some places apparently. I've heard that dental treatments in Poland are very good. A friend was quote less than 50% cheaper price than the UK for a dental implant recently.
