hi,can anyone tell me,when you have been offered an amount sum from a rda,as i was in a rda and i dont understand if the solicitors take out their fee out the amount they are going to award me,or if they do so before,many thanks for any anwers,

do you mean a RTA? Yes they will,

Fees are only paid by you if you lose. If you win, costs are awared to the losing side so you will not pay any fees.

the solicitor still gets paid though and the costs are part of the award
Should read - costs are awarded to the winning side, payable by the loser so you should not pay any fees

thanks,i was a passenger in the bck seat,a motorbike just came out of nowhere and caused a 3 car pile up,as all the cars tried to avoid hitting him,so the cars all drove into the car i was in i was in,left me with serious neck injuries,however thank-you for your answers.
