Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me? I have decided to loose a bit of weight and by doing so I have decided to embark upon a exercise workout which I devised myself - however before this excercise "workout" it has been 5+ years since I worked out properly. The workout contains a variety of intense jogging, lunches, press ups etc. Now, since I started the workout I have been unable to move but as time has gone on it has become easier, however over the past 2/3 days I have been in agony, my inner ankles on both feet feel like someone has taken a sledge hammer to them :-( so much so the pain kept me awake for some of the night last night. It hurts to flex my feet backwards and forwards and to touch is horrendous and I have slight pains up my legs too - when I exercise I simply wear Nike Air Max BUT on the night before I noticed these symptoms I did my workout in bare feet!!!!!!!! Does anyone know of what this could be? Of course I am off to see my GP tomorrow just to get it checked out and hopefully for some stronger paracetamol etc but was just interested to see if this a common thing? Thanks in advance :-)

This is why I love AB! I too have just started to exercise to lose weight and get healthy and have developed a pain in my shoulder and just figured I had trapped a nerve or muscle or something. It was really painful but seemed to be getting better with rest but has reared its ugly head this weekend and I am in quite a bit of agony again.

That's a great link Chris and has been very helpful to me and I hope it has been for you too rkay :o)
