Welcome to Answerbank gregbernard2 - you've posted quite a few science coursework questions on here in thelast few days and have had some helpful answers; but, good as AB is, I don't think it should be relied on as away to get through your course. Most of the questions you have asked can be easily answered with a basic chemistry text book or by a couple of minutes spent researching on the internet. By all means use AB when you get stuck but you shouldn't rely on it as your first port of call. I realise this may sound patronising but as a teacher i just want to try to help you help yourself.
Not sure whether this is what you want to know, but hope it helps.
